Junior Gearing
The following maximum roll out distances shall apply for:
1. Junior U17 7.0 metres
2. Junior U15 7.0 metres
3. Junior U13 5.5 metres
4. Junior U11 and below 5.5 metres
To restrict the rollout distance mentioned above, blocking off may be permitted by the adjustment of the derailleur or other means.
Note any attempt to circumvent gearing restrictions in any way at a Hamilton Wheelers event (e.g. modifying electronic shifting controls) may result in penalties including AusCycling membership suspension.
Maximum Race Distances
PlayOn State Goverment Sports Vouchers for Kids
Hamilton Wheelers is a provider with the Qld Goverment PlayOn Sports Voucher Program. This allows for eligible child to receive up to $200 to support sports registration, membership and participation fees.
To register, parents or carers must register an account at https://sr-cp.sr-enquire.cloud/login (which only needs to be done the first time) and apply for a voucher. Once the voucher redeem code is received send it to a club administator (secretary, treasurer, president or vice president) who will advise how to use the funds.
