HWCC Juniors Training -

Tuesdays and Thursdays at Nundah. U9/11/13 - 4:30pm to 5:30pm and U15/17 - 4:30 to 6.30pm. Contact Kris Kersley for details.

Nundah Criterium Circuit Training Afternoons -

Tuesdays - 'Sprint Repeats' - 
suitable for all grades - from 4.45pm - The format is reasonably casual - get in a small group with similar ability as yourself, ride a couple of laps, then sprint hard to the finish line. Then do it all over again! For more information, contact Peter Kelly.

Wednesdays - The 'Pain Train' - suitable for A/B grade riders - hard and fast - from 4.30pm (except during twilight race events) - 15 minute warm-up, pace lines, chases, hard race training. The 'Pain Train' operates on the preceding Monday, when the Wednesday Twilight Series races are being held (same times). Bikes to have lights during May, June and July (steady front light please).

Thursdays - The 'Tempo Team' - suitable for C/D grade riders - Warm-up 4.30pm to 4.45pm (max speed 35kph!). Paceline 4.45pm to 5.30pm. IMPORTANT - max speed 38kph! - 1 or 2 lap turns in the lead only. 5.30pm final lap - sprint finish (safety first!). Bikes to have lights during May, June and July (steady front light please).

If there are more than 15 riders, the group must split into 2 groups at 5.20pm - faster riders at the front, slower riders behind.
 
Ascot Catering Group Ride – Join the HWCC/Ascot Catering Team on their Saturday or Sunday morning rides. Meet at the cannon at Nundah Memorial Park. Also, coffee rides to Nudgee Beach, starting at the Nundah crit track at 6.30am every Friday morning. Email Michael Frost if you wish to go onto the weekday/weekend rides email list to be advised of all ride details. 


Womens Social Development Rides - Saturday afternoons at Nundah every few weeks. Check the website Calendar or facebook page for details or contact
